Guess what, I would do that too, if it were affordable. I have to say I have never ever experienced problems like these with SCSI disks. Never. Currently there is a _big_ difference in prices between IDE and SCSI drives. On the other hand one could argue that there is a good reason for it... Regards, Stephan
