Look at http://www.sis.com/products/chipsets/oa/socketa/745.htm
The chip has internal MuTIOL, but no 961/2/3 chip can be connected
to it. I'm not sure, of course, whether the internal IDE of this chip
behaves like a 961/2/3, though.
