Yes. It's called 'diff', the result is a 'patch file'. There is also
the usual overall ChangeLog:

The major change, from the ChangeLog, was this:
o [NETFILTER]: Backport newnat infrastructure to 2.4.x
IIRC, you want to use the newest 2.4.21, and 2.4.20 had its share
of bugs in the area of netfilter. But I'm not sure: I avoided 2.4.20
for some reason, but don't remember specifics.
