Can you check if it is better with atkbd_softrepeat=1?

Also, could you please add #define ATKBD_DEBUG to atkbd.c and send me
the trace of what it prints to 'dmesg' when you run the kbdrate program
(without the atkbd_softrepeat option, of course).
