Subject: keyboard LEDs
Date: Fri, 10 Oct 2003 18:01:17 -0600 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20031011000116.GA14741@ultimate-tech.net> (raw)
Hi all,
I need a way to turn on/of the keyboard leds. I tried to use the
KDSETLED ioctl, but it's dependent on the tty. I need a way to turn
them on/of regardless of tty, console and even while on X. Mind that
I don't need to actually change the associated flags, just control
the LEDs. Does anyone know a way of doing that short of writing a
kernel module?
TIA
