Is a good place to start.  Skimming through the references there brings
up further patents by just about everyone under the sun, including
Intel.

It looks a little murky in my not-professional-legal-person POV.
If Intel are looking at funding this work, it would be fantastic
to have their legal folks clear things up to be sure that this is
safe ground.
