Tokio Presentation

On Friday, November 7th, I gave a presentation about SELinux in Tokio,
to an audience of about 50-60. It was in english, with simultaneous
translation into japanese. It was part of the Pacific Security Japan
conference (http://www.pacsec.jp).

The slides I used will be on my website (http://selinux.lemuria.org)
shortly. I will see that I can also get a copy of the japanese
translated slides.

I must frankly say that I gave a sub-par presentation, as I was too
nervous and had a headache. From the feedback I received, it seems that
my own impression was worse than that of the audience, however, and
most feedback said it was good.

I also met a good number of people interested in SELinux in Japan, both
during the conference and at a dinner I was invited to by japanese
readers of this list (Watase-san and Konno-san, my thanks to them).
SELinux appears to have a quite impressive following in Japan, with 30
people attending the dinner, including folks from Redhat, Hitachi,
Kyocera and other big name companies. Also IBM seems to have a serious
interest and I had the pleasure of meeting three of their people during
the conference, including the General Director of what I figure is
their eBusiness server sales division.

Interest was also remarkable among the other conference speakers, which
included high-profile names such as Theo DeRaadt and Dave Aitel.
