Anyone know where I may find a patched version of GDM which will correctly
set the context on login?

Write one. :)

As of now, the only graphical login manager I'm aware of with SELinux
support is the one I patched - wdm. You can find it on my website
(http://selinux.lemuria.org) and the patch should soon be included in
the upstream sources.

A modified gdm is available under
ftp://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux.  Dan has SRPMS and binary RPMS
for Fedora and RHEL3.
