Yes I am still the maintainer. I didn't find much time
to compile by myself the missing extensions though.
Of course, if you send me a patch, I'll be happy to apply it
to enhance this HOWTO.

I think it's better if you don't disturb the core-team with these,
as they are busy with real code :) You can send it to me and
CC the devel list so that interested people can see it as well.
Then I'll apply it right away.

The form you used in the past is the correct one. As all the rest
is written in this form as well.

If your patch is using the same form as the last one you sent
me for section 3.11, then just send the patch and I'll apply
it (and most probably translate it to French and apply that version
