Some more information would help here. Firstly, what are you using for
the VPN? It could well be the VPN software that is at fault. What gives
you the error "650", as in my experience netfilter does not produce
errors like this. When do you get the error, whilst compiling? Running?
Transmitting data?
Your full iptables output along with specific information on your VPN will
help us to help you.
