Following are 10 patches to nfsd in 2.6.6-mm3

The first two are simple bug fixes.
The next three are minor general improvements and cleanups.
The remaining 4 are specific the the "idmapper" used by nfsdv4 
and resolve issues with the name/uid lookup process.
