 I found some similar bug :
 
 Bugzilla Bug 2719:
 	  	[ATI 9100IGP, Award/Phoenix BIOS]: halt becomes reboot
		when BIOS "Wake up on RTC" is enabled

 but, i don't think, that this is the same problem, or not ?
