You're email seems like dejavu :) but:
1. Sound is supposed to work "out of the box" ever since 1.1.3.6.
2. What applications/games don't work for you?
3. Please produce a log with "xdosemu -D9S -o logfile".
4. Are you running a sound server like artsd?
