 i got it from walter's repository
 (lemuria.selinux.org/walters)

 i don't know, but look at http://www.nsa.gov/selinux, look
 for the downloads directory.

 also consider looking at russell's sf.net/projects/selinux
 cvs repository, search for the directory patches i think
 in selinux-usr.
