I think this should be a common question, but after google and mailng- lists
searching i really can't find an answer (just a lot of questions): there's a
way to control the master volume in SB Live, ie the volume of all the
speakers, and to play midi and cd to all the speakers,  using a right
asoundrc, or the problem must be fixed in the driver? If it's a driver
problem, there are plans to fix it?
