Subject: [2.6 patch] MTD: some cleanups
Date: Fri, 12 Nov 2004 14:53:22 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20041112135322.GB7707@stusta.de> (raw)

The patch below makes the following cleanups for code under drivers/mtd/ :
- make some needlessly global code static
- remove the following unused code:
  - function ftl_freepart in drivers/mtd/ftl.c
  - functions nettel_eraseconfig and nettel_erasecallback,
    struct nettel_erase in drivers/mtd/maps/nettel.c
  - function physmap_set_partitions in drivers/mtd/maps/physmap.c

Please review whether this patch is correct, or whether it might
conflict with MTD patches pending for kernel inclusion adding users for
the code in question.
