Hello Sudong,
one major thing is that most of the ARM platforms that I know don't have 
anything like ISA or PCI. so you may need a lot of information about the 
hardware architecture. I think that you can take some of the ALSA code from 
alsa-kernel/arm/sa11xx-uda1341.c  .
