Subject: [Qemu-devel] vl.h: DisplayState's void functions
Date: Sat, 4 Dec 2004 00:43:58 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20041204054358.GD1964@sentinelchicken.org> (raw)
Hello,
Maybe this is a stupid question, but is there a reason why it would be
bad to change this struct's function pointers to accept functions which
return a value? It might be good to allow the return of error
codes from these functions, or at least a boolean, and currently there
isn't a convenient way to do so. Could they be changed to return an int
instead?
I can submit a patch for this, if y'all think it is a good idea.
thanks,
tim
