It's always odd that your viewpoint is always 20/20 when looking
out of a rear view mirror of a 4x4 vehicle all the while
the windshield is mired in mud from the road and the windshield
wipers are full blast.  

Anyway, old saying in Cherokee, 

   Ne-go-di-s-ge-sdi = "that's just the way it is."
