They don't seem to be very interested in providing any help at all, which is what I was expecting: ------------------quote------------------ Forest, At this time MOTU does not release any kind of hardware development kit or other specifications to develop drivers for MOTU audio or MIDI interfaces. While there currently are no drivers available to use MOTU hardware on a Linux system, if the Linux OS does become a more viable platform for DAWs then it is possible that MOTU will develop drivers for that platform at some point in the future.
