One of these days I'll get around to putting a more verbose copyright 
message in the html/css source code to kernel.org's pages -- 
something along the lines of GPL and/or FDL.

In other words, we have no problems with people copying our CSS or 
HTML.

I'm happy to see others like my design, but as a very early heads-up
I'm working on about four other views of kernel.org with completely 
new CSS that will show up later this year after I finish some other 
projects.  The current CSS will be moving into a separate file then.
