This patch contains the scheduled removal of obsolete OSS drivers with
ALSA replacements.
The SOUND_NM256 driver was not removed since the ALSA driver for this
hardware has known issues.

This patch was rediffed to apply against Linus' current tree.
This batch of scheduled removals does _not_ include the SOUND_ICH driver
whose possible removal Andi objected to.
