drivers/net/wireless/airo.c requires CONFIG_CRYPTO for compilations.

Therefore, AIRO and AIRO_CS should select CRYPTO.

Additionally, this patch removes the #ifdef's for the non-compiling 
CRYPTO=n case from drivers/net/wireless/airo.c.
