Could be..
SMP: Allowing 4 CPUs, 2 hotplug CPUs
I thought we chopped out the heuristic to do NRCPUS/2 as hotplug?
(*checks*... yes, we did).
This machine isn't hotplug cpu capable (its an early tyan 2885)
so I'd be surprised if the bios is advertising that ability.
It looks like 'num_processors' is incorrect somehow.
