  cat /sys/class/cardman_4000/cmm0/dev
print?

Does:
  udevmonitor --env
show:
  ...
  MAJOR  MINOR  ...
if you trigger the device event with:
  echo add > /sys/class/cardman_4000/cmm0/uevent
