The tag mentioned above is the point at which the first 3.0.2 prerelease
candidate was branched off xen-unstable into 3.0-testing.  There was then a
period of stabilisation in the 3.0-testing branch before 3.0.2 was tagged.

As has been discussed, the 3.0.2 release announcement has been held up,
because Ian Pratt has been ill.  Watch this space.
