No, DEVICE is not for devfs, it's for udevfs.

Just do:
	mount -t usbfs none /proc/bus/usb
and you should be fine.  It should already be in your kernel.

Does it use libusb?  If so, it should work just fine as is.  If not,
it's a one line change to get it to work.
