bugtracker register problem

bugtracker register problem

Hi,
I tried to set up an account in bugtracker, but after pasting url sent in the 
e-mail the following error has appeared:

APPLICATION ERROR #1901

The confirmation URL is invalid or has already been used. Please signup again.
</code>

I've tried to 'signup again' but then it says, that this login (I've entered 
the same login as the first time) is not available.
Is this mantis known to be buggy, or am I doing sth. wrong?

It was a server problem and is working now again.
