Hi Christoph,

I just implemented some modifications over i386, x86_64, powerpc, mips and arm
implementations (2.6.18) of atomic.h to add the atomic64_cmpxchg primitives.
They are required for proper asm-generic/atomic.h atomic_long_t type. This patch
also adds missing primitives to asm-generic/atomic.h.

local.h modifications for these architectures follows in the next post.
