I checked it again and found out that we are not so lazy as Robert
thought. ;-) The script is downloadable at
http://www.pengutronix.de/software/cyclic_parser/download/
A Link is already available in the RT_PREEMPT_HOWTO. Anyway, I updated
the script with a GPL declaration.
