kI tried to build qemu from sources but that did not help.
I.ll try it again.

Now I build qemu 0.9.0 under my sarge system and the dma-problem is 
back and the hardisk performance is very bad.
That seems to be a qemu 0.9.0 problem because under 0.8.2 works fine.
