This line contained Unicode U+201D "RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK"
characters instead of ASCII U+0022 "QUOTATION MARK" characters.
Other (working) lines contain proper ASCII quotes.

And here is '-' instead of '=' sign.
