I pretty much doubt that your configuration file sets the min and max
limits of DDR 2.5V to +0.34 V and +0.80 V respectively. More likely,
the chip is powered up in that state. But given that you did not show
us your configuration file, I can't comment further on that. What I can
say is that 1.30 V for DDR VTT and 2.56 V for DDR are good values,
while the limits set for these voltages, assuming a correct labelling,
don't make any sense.

We don't yet support RAM temperatures. As far as I remember, we don't
have enough documentation to write a driver for that.

As for "a bit more info", we don't support that either, and never
will ;)
