Do (CONFIG_X86_PAE && !CONFIG_HIGHMEM64G) and (!CONFIG_X86_PAE && CONFIG_HIGHMEM64G)
kernels actually work?  I wouldn't be surprised if there are places where we used
the incorrect one.
