The patch titled
     Introduce O_CLOEXEC (parisc fix)
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     introduce-o_cloexec-parisc-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into introduce-o_cloexec-take-2.patch
