Missing TARGET_CONFIGURE_ARGS.
Ulf, you usually forget to use the TARGET_CONFIGURE_ARGS. Please audit
all of your patches to include them, TIA.

This changes looks like it is wrong. Please revert (-$(MAKE) is the
correct thing to do).
