Because otherwise spambots create random accounts and spam all the wiki
pages and tickets. If a future version of track implements more strict
account creations (as bugzilla does for example) then we can allow
users to create their own account and edit the wiki, but not before
then.
Also, storing the configuration files in the wiki is probably the worse
thing we could come up with in these conditions, but hopefully we'll
have something better shortly after lm-sensors 3.0.1 is released.
