also only tells:

# pvscan
  Invalid LV in extent map (PV /dev/sda3, PE 1080, LV 5, LE 0)
  Couldn't fill logical volume maps.
  Invalid LV in extent map (PV /dev/sda3, PE 1080, LV 5, LE 0)
  Couldn't fill logical volume maps.
  No matching physical volumes found
