- add-cmpxchg64-and-cmpxchg64_local-to-alpha.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Add cmpxchg64 and cmpxchg64_local to alpha
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     add-cmpxchg64-and-cmpxchg64_local-to-alpha.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
