Hmm. I don't have this file on my system:
root@micah-64:/proc/sys/kernel/sched_domain/cpu0/domain0# ls

root@micah-64:/proc/sys/kernel/sched_domain/cpu0/domain0# uname -a

Is there a config option I'm missing?
