The notable updates are: * New PA Semi driver * Talitos driver fully updated * various locking bugs fixed * other cleanups * openssl-0.9.8g patch * openswan-2.4.11 patch * linux-2.6.23 support Tested under 2.4.35 and 2.6.23 across multiple architectures.
