The patch titled
     serial: speed setup failure reporting
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     serial-speed-setup-failure-reporting.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Invalid speeds are forced to 9600. Update the code for this to encode new
style baud rates properly.
