The patch titled
Char: rocket, switch long delay to sleep
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
char-rocket-switch-long-delay-to-sleep.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Don't busy wait for whole 1s when registering some rocket modems. Sleep
instead since we are not in atomic.
