The patch titled
     Char: riscom8, remove wakeup and hangup bottomhalves
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-riscom8-remove-wakeup-anf-hangup-bottomhalves.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Both of them may be called directly from the code, don't add special code
and variables and schedule a work for them.
