The patch titled
     aout: move STACK_TOP[_MAX] to asm/processor.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     aout-move-stack_top-to-asm-processorh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

required whether or not A.OUT format is available.
