[PATCH] Tasklets: Avoid duplicating __tasklet_{,hi_}schedule() code

Hi all,

Avoid duplicating __tasklet_schedule() and __tasklet_hi_schedule()
code in tasklet_action() and tasklet_hi_action() respectively.
