There are massive changes to tg3, massive changes in the relevant x86
ACPI code and massive changes everywhere else.

So I don't have a clue who broke it, but it wasn't me!

You're testing linux-next, aren't you.  Did you test the June 6 tree,
upon which 2.6.26-rc5-mm1 was based?
