The patch titled
     pnp: improve resource assignment debug
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pnp-improve-resource-assignment-debug.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

When we fail to assign an I/O or MEM resource, include the min/max in the
debug output to help match it with the options.
