No meter which dosemu version you're running. If you got out-of-range message
then your X server switch to some resolution which is unproperly configured.
Maybe dosemu 1.3 choose different resolution than 1.2?
Maybe you have different X_whatever setting in your dosemu.conf?
Try to investigate what resolution is set when you switch into fullscreen
mode. Check your X server logs. Check proper sync ranges for your monitor,
etc.
