Subject: [Qemu-devel] IDE SEEK_STAT flag
Date: Fri, 8 Aug 2008 17:41:40 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20080808164140.GF4645@implementation.uk.xensource.com> (raw)

Hello,

Is there a reason for not (almost) systematically setting the SEEK_STAT
flag when READY_STAT is set and ERROR_STAT isn't, since we don't really
have seeks? (except for *SLEEP* commands probably) At least Linux does
wait for that flag for CDROMs, and with varying orders of commands, it
may end up not being set, and Linux timing-out.

Samuel
